Dr. Jahangir Kabir

Dr. Jahangir Kabir is a highly qualified medical professional with extensive experience in the field of Hepatology. He obtained his MBBS degree from Rajshahi Medical College in May 1997 and is registered with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) with registration number A-30910. Dr. Kabir has been working as an employee of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Bangladesh government since 2003. He has held various positions throughout his career, including working in the Department of Medicine at BIRDEM from 2001-2003 and the Department of Pharmacology at Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital in 2009. He has also worked in the postgraduate training & course department of Medicine in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) from 2006-2008. Dr. Kabir has completed postgraduate training and passed MD (Hepatology) from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in 2015. He has obtained FCPS Medicine Part-1in 2004, indicating his proficiency in the field of Medicine. Currently, Dr. Kabir is serving as an Assistant Professor (Hepatology) and Head of Department (Hepatology) in Kurmitola General Hospital since 2015. With his vast knowledge and expertise, he has contributed significantly to the healthcare sector of Bangladesh.
