Professor Dr. Khodeja Begum

Prof. Dr. Khodeja Begum is a renowned medical professional in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with an impressive academic background and extensive experience in the healthcare industry. She obtained her MBBS degree from Dhaka Medical College in 1987 and is registered under the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council with registration number A17453. After joining the Ministry of Health as a BCS Health Cadre Officer in 2005, Dr. Begum went on to pursue further studies in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She obtained her MS in Obs & Gynae from BIRDEM in January 2005 and FCPS in Obs & Gynae from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons in January 2006. Throughout her career, Dr. Begum has served in several prominent hospitals, including Mughda Medical College Hospital, Sir Salimullah Medical College, and Mitford Hospital, gaining valuable experience and expertise in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Currently, she serves as a Professor and the Head of the Department in Obs & Gynae (Oncology) at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where she specializes in the prevention and treatment of female genital cancers.
